As part of the renovation of the Ny Kirstineberg main building—and its conversion into a venue for rentals and events—we placed particular emphasis on establishing two kitchens for use by both professional chefs and everyday people who take great pleasure in cooking for others or together. Between the two kitchens, it had to be possible to handle both production and plating, and it was a great help and joy to be able to apply for funding from LAG Sydhavsøerne, who also provided us with the resources and support to see the project through to completion.
